 Step 1 – Contact Us

Contact Family Connections Northwest LLC to discuss your supervised visitation needs, scheduling, and availability. Let us know whether the services are court-ordered or voluntarily arranged.

Step 2 – Complete the Intake Process

Each participating parent will complete the required intake paperwork and provide any applicable court orders or other documents needed for us to understand the visitation requirements.

Step 3 – Schedule Your Service

Once the intake process is complete, we will work with the parties to confirm the date, time, location, and type of supervised service.

Step 4 – Payment

Payment is due prior to the scheduled visit unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Step 5 – Attend the Scheduled Visit

The professional supervisor will monitor the visit in accordance with the agreed visitation guidelines and any applicable court orders. Our focus is maintaining a safe, neutral, and child-focused environment.

Step 6 – Reports & Documentation

When requested, a professional visitation report can be prepared documenting objective observations from the supervised visit. Visitation reports are available for an additional fee.
