Services may be court-ordered or voluntarily arranged. Our supervisors remain neutral and focused on the safety and well-being of the child while observing and documenting each visit.
Safe Child Exchanges
Family Connections Northwest LLC provides safe child exchange services to help parents transfer their children in a neutral and structured setting. Our goal is to reduce direct contact and conflict between parents while help ensure that exchanges remain safe, calm, and focused on the child.
Virtual Supervised Visitation
Family Connections Northwest LLC offers virtual supervised visitation for families who need monitored parent-child contact through video. Virtual visits may be conducted through platforms such as Zoom and are monitored in real time by a professional supervisor. Our supervisors remain neutral and help ensure each virtual visit follows established guidelines and applicable court orders while supporting positive and meaningful parent-child interaction.
Supervised Transportation
Family Connections Northwest LLC may provide supervised transportation for children when arranged as part of a scheduled visitation service.
Our supervisors can assist with transporting children between approved pickup locations, visitation locations, and designated drop-off locations while maintaining a safe, professional, and child-focused environment.
Transportation services must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability and applicable mileage or transportation fees.
Visitation Reports & Documentation
Family Connections Northwest LLC provides professional written documentation of supervised visits when requested. Visitation reports provide objective observations of the visit, including parent-child interactions, activities, arrival and departure information, and any significant events that occur during the scheduled visitation.
Reports may be provided to parents, attorneys, or other authorized parties, as appropriate and consistent with applicable court orders and confidentiality requirements.
